Qualifications:
Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
Proficiency in design software
Strong communication and project management skills
Knowledge of plants, materials, and sustainability
Key Responsibilities:
Develop landscape designs
Prepare working drawings
Estimate project costs and provide quotations
Present designs to clients
Oversee project implementation
Ensure regulatory compliance
Working Conditions:
Office and fieldwork
Site visits and client meetings
Occasional travel for assessments
Structure:
Typically reports to a Senior Landscape Designer or Project Manager

Cell Culture Media Production & Handling
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform all cell culture media production activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cell culture media production activities
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cell culture media production equipment
Prepare cell culture media and reagents according to SOPs
Perform cell counts and viability assays
Seed, passage, and cryopreserve cells
Monitor cell cultures for contamination and perform quality control testing as needed
Assist with the development and optimization of new cell culture media production protocols
Train new personnel on cell culture media production techniques
Keep work areas clean and organized
Order supplies and maintain inventory
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Required Skills and
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
1-2 years of experience working with cell culture techniques
Aseptic technique training
Ability to follow detailed protocols
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
2-4 years of experience working with cell culture techniques
GMP training
GLP training
SOP writing experience

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the prospective leads in understanding the course in detail and convert them to take up the course.
Conduct Career Counseling to prospective leads and help them choose the right course to build their career.
Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan for reaching the assigned goals/targets
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with prospective and utilizing reference materials, as needed.
Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
· Ensures achievement of sales targets for the designated territory.
· Defines and manages the distribution structure.
· Develops and manages the stockiest network and ensures implementation of company norms at stockiest level.
· Controls credit and maintains financial disciplines and controls in territory.
· Creates and maintains market hygiene in territory.
